Following a very productive day during which they discussed the successful launch of Trax Plus in the German market, Simon and Matthew joined Marcus Gustke, owner of DMG, for an evening of Champions League football. Marcus is an avid supporter of his local team, Bayer Leverkusen, who were playing Valencia that night. In the interests of balance, Simon and Matt were supporting Valencia – particularly as our Spanish distributor, CLEAR, is based there! Juan Carlos Montesinos; owner of CLEAR, was continually sending Simon sms messages throughout the match!

 

After a shocking first half in which Bayer Leverkusen went one goal down – cue messages from our colleagues at CLEAR team via iPhone  – the German team came back in the second half after a stern talking to by the coach! Within minutes the score had comlpetely reversed and the match finished 2-1 to the German team.

Marcus was a very happy man and the next day he placed a nice order with us!
