As group Commercial Director I am responsible for our excellent international sales teams, new product development, key accounts and future acquisitions.
I’ve been in this fantastic industry since I was 17 years old, as an apprentice box maker at a leading folding carton company. At college I studied mechanical and technical engineering. I quickly learnt all aspects of carton and tool design CAD, including all of the necessary practical skills such as die making, operation of various die cutting machines later becoming cutting and creasing/ finishing manager. As many of my friends and customers know I like to keep my hand in by getting on the machines now and again!
At 27 I became a technical sales manager for a company in Germany where I remained for 18 years becoming U.K sales director. During that time I studied Marketing (CIM) at West Nott’s college, part of Nottingham Trent University.
Looking for a bigger challenge I joined C&T in 2015 as Technical Sales Manager for U.K and Europe before being offered my current role.
I am married and I have 3 fantastic children who I am extremely proud of. I enjoy spending time in the garden and riding my motor bike on very fast and twisty roads!!
