Operations Manager
I joined C&T Matrix in 2010 on a temporary agency contract and was employed to recycle waste plastic. I was lucky enough to be offered a full-time role soon after as a machine operator, working mainly on extrusion. I worked with a very experienced team and 2 years later I became Section Supervisor.
After a year I was promoted to Production Manager, a position I held for 7 years. I have recently become Operations Manager taking responsibility for Quality, Sustainability and Waste Management. I am looking forward to the challenge of improving Quality and helping C&T Matrix become more environmentally friendly.
I feel that none of this would have been possible without the support of the amazing team we have at C&T Matrix.
I have three children, 2 dogs and a cat. I enjoy cooking, music, and sports mainly football.
